Not Able To Edit DataBase DB WebAdmin Just Reloads

As said in the subject.. Whenever I click the db and go to DB WebAdmin to edit, it just reloads and reloads the page...

Whenever I first set the db up 8 months ago it did not do this...

it looks like browser does not allow to open popup windows as phpmyadmin opens in new window after you click on DB WebAdmin..
btw, it would be good if you also look into error log of plesk panel copy of apache and into mysql log..
