Not Working .htaccess

I can get my apache (httpd.conf) mod_rewrite settings working just fine using an .htaccess file but I want to get it working in the vhost.conf file. How do I accomplish that?


(Old Version Plesk 7.5 no problem htacces (mod_rewrite)
