• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Notifications Problem After Upgrade

Basic Pleskian
Hi there,

I recently upgraded from 10.3 to 11.5.29, and I've been slowly finding and working my way through issues.

The latest is that notifications are no longer working properly. Instead of coming from the server root, they are coming from [First name]@[server name], an account that does not exist. Additionally, the reply-to is set for [First name]@[server name] and [Last name]@[server name].

I assume it's getting my first and last name from the Plesk profile. Any idea how I can fix this? I'm thinking it must be a problem in one of the data-tables, but which one?

Best regards,
James
