ODBC setting

How to disable OBDC setting Service for client. and domain. OR how to disable ODBC setting or any other button in client and domain control panel. I require that only admin is able to create ODBC (DSN). Client or domain user will be not able to create DSN from there control panel. How can i restrict them.

Not able to do:
ODBC setting button still visible in users contorl panel. I have followed following steps.


Click the Server shortcut in the navigation pane, and then click the Interface management icon in the Control panel group.

Select the Show interface management toolbar check box and click OK. The toolbar appears in the bottom right frame.

Navigate through the control panel to the screen that shows the interface elements you want to hide/unhide.

Click the Customize button on the toolbar to enable the customization mode.

Click on the interface element that you want to hide or show. A drop-down menu opens.

To hide the element from all users except yourself, select the Admin only option.

I have doe that but OBDC butto still visible i user cotrol panel. How to disable. For that i require to restart plesk or what?
