Resolved one specific email address recieve message twice (sent from an app through the same server)

Hello everybody

so my server is (server.com)
and my client domain is (client.com)
app email address ([email protected])

one of the persons in my client domain recive the email twice ([email protected]) he is in CC, the main target doesn't recieve it twice ([email protected])
and not from all the parts of the app, just one part

i can't understand what is the problem.

it was a fault of the customer, he turned on email frwarding on Plesk also to forward the email, so this is why it arrives twice
