MySQL, sw-cp, named services configuration was not applied due to issues with 'dbus' (This is a DBus bug with ID 95263 which is fixed in version 1.11.10) or 'systemd' itself. Plesk does not manage these low-level OS mechanisms in any way, but they are mandatory for proper Plesk functionality.

Contact Ubuntu support channels.

For CentOS distributions:
  1. Connect to the Plesk server via SSH.
  2. Update system packages:

    # yum update -y

  3. Reboot the server.
