Issue Onyx upgrade 7.0.17: APP Crash

Hi,

i couldn't upgrade the onyx to the latest version.
When using the normal plesk webinterface it gets to the point the connection to the site localhost:8447 breaks.
So i load the plesk installer for windows in an simple folder: c:\pi
After starting the webinterface starts with http://localhost:8447 and then the app crashes:

Don't know how to get onyx up to date. I restartet the server several times in order to avoid hanging processes..
System 2008 R2 x64
