Resolved onyx 17.8 upgrade to obsidian hang and lose control panel

hello
i try to upgrade onyx to obsidian
in web gui i started upgrade
but it hang up in installation .net core 2.1.17
hangup for 6 hours
and i restart server then my control panel is gone
websites are up but cp is down

how can i reinstall upgrade?
i try to upgrade by command but there isnt any upgrade command .,just components install show me
please help me to solve the problem.

i solved it by put hostname in panel.ini
