I was asked the other day to find out about Open SRS for domain registration, and also about SSL.
Any input about these topics related with plesk would be helpful.

I do not completely understand your question but...

Customer & Business Manager, the billing component of Parallels Plesk Panel, has OpenSRS module in default configuration.
This module is able to handle domain name registrations/transfers/renews as well as it can be used to sell SSL certificates provided by OpenSRS itself. You can get more insformation about CBM in http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP11/11.0/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/
