Dear all,
Recently I started on installing OTRS on Plesk.
Since the installation of OTRS contains more than just pasting the right code in your httpdocs (Perl module installation, extra Per configuration, Cron-jobs, etc.) and the fact that I could not find a matching manual yet that did not include altering the http.include but the vhost.conf and vhost_ssl.conf files, I created one myself.
The manual is as is, without any warranties that it will work or won't break your system. If you don't know what you're doing don't do it. I will take no responsibility at all. See it as my payback to the internet community for using other people their manuals.
In my case it works fine and any additions are welcome!
P.s. (will version 8 ever have a vhost_ssl.conf in the subdomains instead of a vhost.conf shared by the SSL and non-SSL subdomain?)
P.s.2. You really should add "solution" as Thread Type.
