Outgoing Mail Control - On demand unblock after exceeding limit

Hello,

we're using Plesk 12.0.18 Update #52.
Is there any possibility to unblock an email adress after sending "too many" mails?

Increasing the limit by 10 didn't work for this mail-account . The limit was active until the 60 minutes after exceeding passed by. Other limits (domain, etc.) are high enough, that's not the problem.

Thanks for your reply. I tested increasing the limit and it worked. Plesk still showed me Not sending for this mailbox, even limit was increased successfully and reconigzed by postfix. It seems to be a bug in displaying the current state. After the amount of 60 minutes the display recovers the state to "able to send" (don't know the correct english version of this label at the outgoing mail-control.
