Hi!

"dpkg --audit" finds these two packages:

The following packages are missing the md5sums control file in the
database, they need to be reinstalled:
sw-doctrine The PHP Doctrine ORM
psa11.5-php-fakepackage Parallels Panel fake php package

I tried reinstalling them with "apt-get install --reinstall"
But: "Reinstallation of sw-doctrine is not possible, it cannot be downloaded."

How can I reinstall these packages? or can they be safely removed?

You have not provided your Plesk version. You can find these packages for your Plesk version and OS here https://autoinstall.plesk.com
For example - sw-doctrine-1.0.4-0.280352.noarch.rpm

I'm so sorry I totally forgot:

OS ‪Debian 7.10‬
Plesk version 12.5.30 Update #35, last updated at May 31, 2016 10:36 PM

both files are not present under:
https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_12.5.30/dist-deb-Debian-7.0-x86_64/contrib/

Are they obsolete and can be removed?

It seems that it is orphaned packages from previous version. Try to remove them.

I removed them both. sw-doctrine also removed "pp12.0.18-bootstrapper"
