Password Change Problem

Dear All,
I am using plesk 7.5.2 on linux server.we are using horde webmail on plesk for mailing.The problem is if we change the password then both (old & new ) passwords are working.Even the poppasswd file on the server contains double entries of the same pop id.

How to solve/remove the same.
