• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue password update and reset not working

Hi guys i have problem with my server i can login with my pass but when i tray to change the password plesk show error old password incorrect this happen only when i try change the password but login stil work can someone help please
 
Are you trying to login a Root or as Admin (or as an end user)? Also, which Plesk version are you using?
 
I have the same problem.

This is for existing, and new accounts created. "You have entered incorrect username or password." I get that message once I try logging in using the newly created / changed Passwords. What could be the problem?

I'm logged in as Root. The error appears on testing as User.
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Plesk Obsidian: Version 18.0.63
