Question Path to default files used to set up a domain

Can anyone help with the path to the default files used to set up a domain? Not the domain files themselves ( /var/www/vhosts) , but the master files Plesk uses to set up the domain

Ive uploaded to this directory in the past and cant find my notes on the path.

I need to edit the htaccess and index.php files used to set up new domains.

Any help appreciated!
