• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Perl Command Line Interpreter crashed often on reboot

eugenevdm

Regular Pleskian
I have the following problem on reboot, I have to close the crash window four or five times:

"Perl Command Line Interpreter encountered a problem and needed to close.

This occured on 2007/10/11 at 05:20:35 AM

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

The see what data this error report contains, click here.

When you 'click here' you get:

Error signature
szAppName : perl.exe szAppVer : 5.8.8.816 szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.2.3790.3959 offset : 0001a379"

We don't use MailEnable but Central Mail so I doubt this message comes from there. We do however use AWStats which I believe also uses Perl, and we're having huge problems with statistics not generating, so I suspect this could be part of the problem.

Anyone else got this message? Any advice?

Hi Eugene,

i suppose it is better to contact support team of SWsoft; and ask them for help;
btw, you should have active support option on license or purchase a per-incident support.
