Perl or Cgi just won't work!

Hi guys well i just re-imaged my server and had the guys over at totalserversolutions.com harden my server, but now perl or cgi just wont work anymore, the script si ran before the re-image worked fine but now they just throw up a "Internel Server Error", all permissions are correctly set to 755, the guys over at total still have no idea, so im hoping some of you guiys may come up with an answer for me
