• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Permission error when installing applications via Application Vault

pepelopex

New Pleskian
I just installed Plesk 11.0.9 (update # 27) on CentOS 6.3 with FastCGI and Plesk panel default settings.

Using the service plan 'Default Domain', install an application (ie.WordPress) via Application Vault, but assigns rwx r-x rwx permissions for directories and rw- r-- rw- for files! As happens with any other application that you install from Application Vault.

Is this normal? It is a huge security flaw and I can not allow for my clients!!

How I can change this? Umask does not apply here, as I have done all possible combinations...
If I upload via FTP, if applied umask values, but I want to offer my clients Application Vault but I can not do it this way to manage permissions.

Any solutions?
Thx!
