I tried numerous options to resolve this issue:

yum clean metadata
yum update
disabled epel repo

What to do?
 
Try to fix it with

# rm -rf /var/cache/yum/*/*/PHP_*

Make sure that hostname autoinstall.plesk.com is resolvable to 93.184.221.133 IP address. If not - specify it in /etc/hosts

We have updated repository for PHP, but we can't reproduce this issue on our side. Any updates on external servers work fine.

Hi,

I was able to fix this issue by running "plesk sbin autoinstaller" and installing all updates.
Prior to that I was trying to just update the OS with "yum update"

It's better to use

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components

command.

Hi,
I had the same problem with sqllite.bz2 url not found. I solved doing what Igor says but I had yet the problem os sqllite repo. The next step I did was to edit epel.repo in /etc/yum.repos.d folder and renamed it for not be use in autoinstall script. All runs ok. I haved updated plesk 12.5 to Onyx
