PHP + CFM + Tomcat performance question

We have Plesk installed on standard server environment: PIV 2.4 and 1Gb RAM.
My worries about server performance in case we will host not only PHP/Perl applications but CFM and Tomcat (JSP) websites too. as I know Java requires a lot of resources...

Please advise if you have experience in this
