php configuration overwrited ?

Hi every one,

Here is my problem :

I have a cron lunching script php wich take hours to finish, this work fine ( I did modify all the php.ini i could found with the right value ) but if I lunch the script from navigator then it will stop anyway after a certain amount of time (7min usually) with an error_log empty but the script didnt finished normally.

My question is foes plesk for some security reason or just a special config modify maybe the max_exec_time when a script is lunch from navigator ?
