php file ownership

My php script creates folders and uploads images into them. When the folders are created, they are owned by apache (user and group). Php can't upload into them unless I change to owner to CLIENT_NAME and the group to psacln. How can I fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Hi

i have the same problem...a user upload fils with php....but the owner of these uploaded files is apache? How can i change this...so that the domain owner can use these files?
