Resolved php-fpm 100% cpu

hello fellas, this is my TOP line from ssh client

1126 root 20 0 504456 26452 19160 R 100.0 0.5 22:26.45 php-fpm

i already restart the service, and i still consuming 100%.

i change the subscripotion to apache and come back to nginx again and solver the issue.
is there some instability on this Plesk and nginx
