Question PHP Handler broken / and domain ist relocated to https

I have two problems.

1. I get the following message in php setting:
PHP support cannot be enabled because current hosting configuration does not include any PHP versions available for this domain.Find out how to enable other PHP versions.

Die PHP-Einstellungen können nicht abgerufen werden, da der Handler beschädigt ist.


2. The domain is redirected to https without any change for SSL.

PHP support cannot be enabled for one domain in Plesk when nginx service is stopped

Nginx is still running.
A restart didn't take any effect
