php mail function FROM header

Dear Plesk Friends,

I hope that one of you guys will be able to help me, i am quite stuck for quite a while now.

I am using plesk 8.01 on debian sarge.

Whenever i send an email through the php mail function in a html form on a hosted webpage the local mailserver and the remote server sees the FROM header as

anomynous@mypleskhost

I specified following parameters in the php.ini but qmail refuses to take them.

sendmail_path = /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject
sendmail_from = [email protected]

I noticed that i can change the domain through the /var/qmail/control/me file where the mail origin is specified but where does qmail take the anomynous from?

My question is how can I specify an own adress in the FROM header (on mailserver level) ?

Thanks in advance,
