Does anyone have this package?

If not how easy is it to upgrade plesk with a new version of php? I'm new to plesk (coming over from the ensim world).

Is it just as simple as updating the rpms?

Is there anything that has to be done afterwards to update the client domains?

If you have no package then recompile the php-4.3.9 src and you will have it.
