TwitterI have a fresh install of 11.5 on Windows Server 2008r2. I have setup a domain from a 9.5 backup. Everything _looks_ okay, php settings look fine, but php pages give the following with detailed error reporting:
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.
I have a feeling this must be something obvious but I can't figure it out, any help will be appreciated!
Note that this happens whether I select php 5.2 or 5.4
