PHP problem on webmail

When I go to webmail all I see is the PHP code. I'm using Win2k, IIS5, Plesk for Windows 7.0.2.

Another error

OK, I figured that one out but now I get the following:

A fatal error has occurred:
DB Error: connect failed
[line 108 of U:\Users\vhosts\webmail\horde\lib\Prefs\sql.php]
Details have been logged for the administrator.
Notice: (null)(): Mailbox is empty (errflg=1) in Unknown on line 0

Any help would be appreciated.
