• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PHP Settings in 10.1.1

Hello,

I was doing just fine with Plesk 9 but decided to upgrade to 10.1.1 and also needed to upgrade PHP to 5.2.

What should have been 30 minutes of time for a simple operation....has turned into 2 days, and my websites are now down....due to a PHP error.

But anyway...I can't find my php settings in the new Plesk layout. The help file says that they should be in the Hosting Parameters under Hosting Plans and Subscriptions.

Maybe it's just me....but I can't find these settings. Can someone point me to the right button to click?

Thanks

Actually....I did read the documentation
And the two links you've provided me...I've read 12 times

My question is....where is the screen in the plesk panel that matches that documentation. I can't find it.

I've gone through every screen and the PHP settings don't appear to be any of the options in any of the menus.

I'm sorry to be a pain...but I just can't find the right button to click

Are you sure that you have logged to Plesk as admin?

Yes sir. I am logged in as admin

I've tried all the menu options for server settings...tools....the individual domain control panels...extended control panel options...everything.

Maybe I'm just not seeing it...but I believe that I've clicked on everything...even the stuff that doesn't make sense.

I'm feeling pretty stupid here...so if you could just say..."click on this....then click on this...then click on this" I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks

Just go to Service Plan of your Subscription, then "Hosting Parameters" tab and you will see PHP Settings there. Change it and click "Update & Sync" button. Subscription should be updated after that.

Ah....thank you! I didn't go deep enough into the service plans. I guess that's what I get for being in a panic.
