phpbb problems, restore backup breaking

I want to transfer my sites backup from fc4 with plesk 8.3.0
to fc6 with plesk 8.3.0

I get this error about phpbb

For correct restoration both server should be identicat.
I mean, if you have phpBB-2.0.19-13 application installed on first server, the same application should be installed on the second server. Otherwise not all domain will be restored and restoration will be failed.

yes well, I have phpbb2.0.22 on the fc4 server, the same version on the fc6 server.
The 2.0.19 was upgraded to 2.0.22. I suspect my issue is with phpbb not upgrading the version number in the appropriate file, I'll look into that.

From what I gather on the phpbb forum, it seems that it's a plesk issue as my setup is good. I'll look into it and keep posting here on this issue.

I think there is something wrong with siteapp-registrar.php, there is some encrypted commands in it, I'll bet that 2.0.19 is still called in this file somewhere, but the version on both server is 2.0.22, causing the error

Could the plesk people look into this?

Also, when I say the migration does not work, it's not quite right. The migration is performed as it should, the directories are created then the files are populated but when the script calls siteapp-registrar.php, it erases all the files and only leaves the directory.

Still stranded but have news, I can migrate a domain with a vanilla version installed in a /phpbb directory . The board I am having trouble with is the root / directory .
Any ideas?

The issue is the license agreement for phpbb that Plesk 8.3 requiere's.
