[phpMyAdmin] Unable to execute query and import button

Hello,
i use Plesk 11.x with Windows 2008 R2

I retrive a problem.

When a client (user) execute a query from tab "SQL" retrive this error:

#1044 - Access denied for user 'XXXXX'@'%' to database 'XXXXXX'

How can solve this issue?
