phpmyadmin

I host with Media Temple and they have told me that i should contact SWSOFT to set up a link so clients can access phpmyadmin without going through my plesk account.

For example: http://phpmyadmin.321.co.za

This works wonderfully on a server that is also linux managed by plex. Now i want the same thing on my other server (linux and plesk).

Is it something i set up with Plesk / chat to you about or is it the server providers?

Simple

In short i want to know whether i can set up URL for PHPMYADMIN so i can let my clients access it. Who do i take up in connection with this - plesk or the guys i rent my server space form.

They told me to come here but i get the feeling it is something they need to set up on there side?

If so what need to be done in order to create URL to access PHPMYADMIN?
