pickup events

Plesk on my server is some how conflicting with spam filter of MailEnable professional. ME support told me to disable pickup events of Plesk. Can some one please let me know how to disable it?

Please go to Plesk > Server > Mail > Spam Filtering and clear options Use server-wide settings and Allow personal settings.
