Pleks API problem

Hello!

when i try to create a new domain through Plesk API, i receive this error:

Errorcode: 2307
Domain adding was failed. Error: Can`t resolve ID for IP

Plesk 7.5.6 for Windows

thanks for your reply.

i have been installed the latest plesk update and the ip is located in the client ip pool, but the error is the same.....
 
My error (under Windows) was related to a trojan due to Plesk not being up-to-date.

Or it was related to changing the IP address later on.

However a reinstall solved it.
