Plesk 10.2 - 500 - Internal Server Error on login page

We ran into trouble with permissions issue on plesk 10.2 and getting the same 500 error on plesk login page.

error logs shows -

2011-11-05 17:24:13: (mod_fastcgi.c.1007) if you try do run PHP as FastCGI backend make sure you use the FastCGI enabled version.
You can find out if it is the right one by executing 'php -v' and it should display '(cgi-fcgi)' in the output, NOT (cgi) NOR (cli)

Could you please help us in resolving this issue.

Corrected few permission issues and now i'm able to login to plesk panel but login layout seems distorted with missing css/js file and on right side I see the error -

I see same error at http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=113457 and IgorG replied to contact SB, honestly it was working fine yesterday but some permission messed up.

Any help would be appreciated.
