Plesk 10.2 and PHP 5

Although from the control panel imposed php 5, the site always works with php 4.I tried to create a new plan by giving permission to the customer but only ever seen php4. Why?
 
Do you have PHP 5 in Server Components as Installed? Did you try to refresh Server Components?
