Plesk 10.4.4 Control Panel Statics Fail

when client download all mails, mail tab results is correct but not statics tab. and so plesk suspend the account. what must i do to correct statics tab results?

Try to recalculate statistics for this domain with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/statistics --calculate-one domain.com

My whole server did not update any statistics

this helped me out:

mv /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/tomcat /root/logrotate_backup

reboot server

rerun the statistics cron or wait one day
