Plesk 10.4.4 mail delivers late

when i send mail from gmail and yahoo, it delivers instantly. but send mail from hotmail and some other customer mail servers, it delivers 5 minutes later.

i checked with both qmail and postfix, delivers 5 minute later.
i checked resolv.conf for dns, resolves hotmail and another mail servers.
i checked maillog, there is no error.
i checked crontab -l, no cron process.

what could be the problem?

we check the server and we see that mail delivers 5 mins. then look the maillog. there is no problem in maillog but mail gets in the qmail-queue-handlers. we think this problem is about spamassasin.

the mailbox's spam is closed but every delivered mail is checking with spam system. then we saw that

Tools & Settings > Mail > Spam Filter Settings > Switch on server-wide greylisting spam protection

is checked.

when the disable the check, every mail delivers instantly...

this is the solution that we found.
