We have an issue where within a specific Plesk Panel, and you create a website as a subdomain it adds the subdomain to the DNS in Plesk as a master zone entry. Then the zone file does not propagate properly to the correct master/slave DNS servers and as a result the subdomain does not load.
WORDAROUND:
Dissable the subdomain.domain as a master entry in Plesk and manually add the hostname to the root domain.
Which makes sense, but when when you add a subdomain with hosting in Plesk does it make the subdomain an active master zone.. IE as if it were a brand new domain.
