Question Plesk 11.5.30 and KAV

Hi,
I install under my plesk a KAV licence, so i follow the rules, controle all i found, thanks for that.

At this time KAV detect outgoing mails and detect test and real virus, but for incoming mail they are scanned, it detect test, but never detect real virus that are detected for outgoing...
My local AV (Nod32) found it !

What's the mistake ?

Strange, EICAR test are detected when sending, not when receving...
