Plesk 11.5.30 APS error: Warning: The app was not configured: Non-zero exit status

I am seeing the following when browsing to Applications -> Manage My Applications -> Select the application, in this case DotNetNuke 7.0.6. The error below appears:

I have tried running"

repair.exe --update-vhosts-structure

This ran for awhile, but there was no change.

I have also tried:

repair.exe --update-webspace-security -webspace-name custdomain.com

No change


Any suggestions?

Make sure that in PHP configuration file "%plesk_dir%"\Additional\PleskPHP5\php.ini you have output of errors is defined to file instead of syslog:

error_log = <some file>

If it is so - comment this line or change to

error_log = syslog
