Plesk 11.5.30 not showing Login Page

I updated my Plesk Panel from 11.0.9 to 11.5.30 and now instead of showing the Login page when I try to access the panel I get Error 404 Not Found nginx instead of it.
I tried to repair my installation with bootstrapper.sh repair and everything seems to be okay, bootstrapper does not find any problems and my Systemservices are all available and work as intended.

I noticed that /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/vhosts and /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/forwarding are empty may this be the reason for not displaying the Panels Login page?
Any Ideas or help to fix this issue are welcome

Check that following services work: sw-cp-server, sw-engine. Try restarting them. Look into log files at /var/log/sw-cp-server.

Anything under /etc/nginx is not related to control panel web server.

both services are up an running as expected. /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log shows

and I don´t have /usr/share/html but noticed that my plesk-billing files are located under /usr/share/plesk-billing. What can I do to make it work? should I create the /usr/share/html folder and copy plesk-billings files from /usr/share into this folder?

I don't think it'll help you, since it shouldn't affect log in process.

I finally solved my problem (kind of?). I am able to log into the panel now. All I had to do was to disable SSO and remove plesk-billing et voila 404error was gone. So as I am now able to log in again and guess what, there are new problems...

instead of the navigation Menu on the left side I get the following error Message:

ERROR: Exception: Package with UID '658051c6-0476-4661-a783-add74badef53' not found.

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: Exception
Package with UID '658051c6-0476-4661-a783-add74badef53' not found. (aps_php.php:12519)

The Panels Mainframe works as expected but the navigation does not. I read several KB Articles which deal with die missing Package Problem but none of the Solutiions fits on my Problem. I guess the Panel tries to initiate the now missing Billig Module and complains about the missing Package. Is there a way to fix this problem? Any Ideas are welcome.
