Plesk 11 Not sending emails with attachments, emails stay in queue

Hello,
I have plesk 11 running on Cent OS (CentOS release 6.3 (Final)), While testing everything on the server i noticed that all my outgoing emails with attachments are stuck in the Queue, Any help on this would be great. i have searched the forum and found a few times for Plesk 9 but nothing for Plesk 11 with Attachments.

Ok i have changed from postfix to Qmail and same issue, Any mail with attachments stay in the Queue and do not go out, Email without attachments go out fine, Any one able to show me the light on this one.

Any related error messages in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog ?
