Plesk 11 repositor messed up?

Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/versions.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404

Is the Plesk 11 repo messed up right now? I can't get any packages to download.
