• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk-12.0.18 Autoinstall Repository Error for Ubuntu-10.04 i386

New Pleskian
Please look at this file:

https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_12.0.18/plesk-12.0.18-ubt10.04-i386.inf3

in this line:

<packagename="pp12.0.18-bootstrapper"version="12.0.18"release="ubuntu10.04.build1200141223.18"file="bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper_12.0.18-ubuntu10.04.build1200141223.18_i386.deb"size="164860"buildtime="0"md5="b1630e12079a1f90b028b6737360cfbc"arch="i386" />

the package name:

bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper_12.0.18-ubuntu10.04.build1200141223.18_i386.deb

is referenced but this package does not exist, only this:

ftp://parallels.mirrors.ovh.net/parallels/PSA_12.0.18/dist-deb-Ubuntu-10.04-i386/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper_12.0.18-ubuntu10.04.build1200141224.14_i386.deb

So this results in an autoinstaller error message everyday.

PLEASE PARALLELS SUPPORT FIX THE inf3-FILE!

Hi Peter77,

you might notice a very tiny little information from your log: "ftp://parallels.mirrors.ovh.net/...". Unfortunately, Parallels can't force your provider OVH to update files, which are either not functional, or have been changed by Parallels. It's up to the provider to solve such issues.

Please contact your service provider OVH in this case, because the error is caused by their mirror.

If you would like to solve the issue without them, then you may use the Plesk autoinstaller over the command line and use the additional string "--add-source". Please read more about it and as well, HOW the additional string is used, by typing "/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --help".

Dear UFHH01,

sorry, I copied the wrong link above. Its nothing about an ovh.net-mirror! The problem is at the original plesk server!

The post above should read like this:

Please have a look at this directory for yourself:

there is no file

Yes, I confirm that it is our mistake. At the moment we are working on fixing this problem.
