I was not able to replicate the error but my users are encountering a weird issue when logging in to plesk panel through https://103.xxx.xxx.xx:8443. This occurs with my users at a particular office using ip of 203.xxx.xx.xxx.
While my users were able to login successfully through https://103.xxx.xxx.xx:8443 it just keeps loading the same plesk login page prompting for username and password. There are no errors shown.
Checking the Action Log below shows they have actually login successfully. Our attempts to force an error by providing the wrong password through ip 101.xxx.xxx.xx was successful.
We suspect our users have an issue with their browsers or firewall, anti virus, anti malware etc which they are still checking. If those are not the problem, what could be the other possible causes ?
