Hi,
I'm trying to test data migration from our production Plesk 12.5.30 server to our DR server using the 'panel-migrator' command line utility. When I run a test migration of a couple of domains I get the following error:
│
└ Source server 'pfu'
│
├ Reseller 'xxx'
│ │
│ └ Client 'xxx'
│ │
│ └ Subscription 'xxx'
│ │
│ └ error: There is no shared IPv4 address on target Plesk. Subscription can not be migrated.
│ Fix Plesk configuration so there is at least one shared IPv4 address
│
└ Client 'yyy'
│
└ Subscription 'yyy'
│
└ error: There is no shared IPv4 address on target Plesk. Subscription can not be migrated.
Fix Plesk configuration so there is at least one shared IPv4 address
[2016-01-05 21:13:52][INFO] The report was saved into the file /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/migration-session/convert_report_tree.2016.01.05.21.13.52
[2016-01-05 21:13:53][ERROR] Failed to perform action: Convert clients and subscriptions
Cause: Unable to continue migration until there are no issues at 'error' level in pre-migration checks. Please review pre-migration tree above and fix the errors. You can also use --ignore-pre-migration-errors command- line option if you're sure what you are doing.
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.
What is meant by 'shared IPv4 address' and how do I add to my target server which is an Amazon AWS pay-as-you-go subscription with a fixed IP address.
Thank you!
