Plesk 12.5 web log rotation policy

We're trying to set a policy for log rotation (web admin edition in this case). We know how to modify log rotion policy in the existing sites from CLI, but there is no Service Plan view on the lower license tiers. We need to to make sure that future sites use our log rotation policy too. Can you explain this process since service plans no longer are used in these tiers?

As possible solution you can use Event manager. Just create new event for domain creation and call this CLI command for this event.
