plesk 12 504 timeout on 8443 login screen[SOLVED]

Hi Forum
Having a problem accessing login screen
All sites and services are working properly and showing
I do not want to use nginx

I do have over 3000+ vhost on the system
I tried creating more vhost through the terminal using the subscription command and it freeze
though it was hardware but top and df -h command say otherwise


What have i missed?
