Issue Plesk 12 and Debian 8 problem

Hi, first of all I'm sorry for my very bad english.
I have a stupid problem whit my plesk 12 and debian 8 (clean installion).

Every italian day, at the night nginx stop to work and gives me the following errors.



How can I fix?
I attached the firewall configuration, ModSecurity configuration and Fail2ban config.
Please, can you help me?

I'm based on OVH VPS cloud, debian 8 "clean" and after I installed plesk.

Hi Antonio Di Rosa,

even that you don't include log - files from your apache/nginx - webserver for investigations, your issue seem to be based on the DAILY logrotate process. Pls. see for example:

or/and

=> Apache crashes on reload: seg fault or similar nasty error detected in the parent process ( KB - article 128431 )​

... and consider to use the SEARCH option from this forum, as this issue has been discussed quite a few time now here in the forums.
